Gerard Proust and Kelly Upton are the principal owner operators of the company and have been in the Conservation and Land Management industry for over ten years. Both Gerard and Kelly teach the Conservation and Land Management courses at TAFE in the Bomaderry and Moruya Campuses.

PBS has a staff of qualified and experienced bush regenerators, with qualifications in Conservation Land Management including SMART Train, OHS Induction for Construction, GPS & GIS systems, Occupational Health and Safety, Traffic Control Planning Management plans, Training, Chainsaw Operators, Senior First Aid.
